Want further explanation of what some of these elements are?

Coverage – Closer to the date of your wedding (typically one month before) we’ll go over with you via email and/or phone about the schedule of your day and develop the best consecutive use of the hours in your wedding film collection. And with two cinematographers, you have the option of having them start at different times to extend out the amount of time covered in your wedding. As long as they overlap during the ceremony and reception speeches, any schedule works for us!

High Definition Cinematic Documentary Film – Our High Definition (or HD) process involves the industry standard for capturing traditional video, whether that be for Wedding Films, Commercials, or Music Videos. A highlight film is our way of standardizing the type of film (or video) we will be delivering. In these Cinematic Documentary  Films, we’ll be using a combination of music, audio from your day, and interviews from the bride and groom to weave a narrative story that showcases all of the best moments of your day. It’s not just a music video, it is a film!

Wedding Day Interviews – We’re interested in telling the most detailed version of your story and in order to do that, we need to hear how it happened. On the morning of your wedding, tell us your story and how this magical day came to be. We’ll take you step by step as we walk down memory lane and even go over what is to come.

Full Ceremony and Toasts Coverage – With two cinematographers capturing your ceremony and toasts (during reception) simultaneously, we can deliver a uninterrupted look at what both of these events looked like. We’re going all out and putting microphones on the Groom and capturing the audio directly from the officiant through the native sound system at the venue. With these two elements, we create High Quality Sound and High Definition Picture videos for your cinematic collection.

“Next Day” Wedding Trailer – Need something to hold you over until you get your film. Well just like the big leagues, we’ll give you a sneak peak at your wedding film before the entire piece is done. In this 1 to 2 minute trailer, we’ll go over the absolute highlights of your day, and send it out 3 business days after your wedding.

RAW Footage  – Since we’re never able to include everything we capture in your film, we always include it on a Personalized USB drive with every last minute that we captured on your day.

Backup Storage – After we’ve delivered your film both in digital and physical formats, we archive everything to Hard Drives that are stored on-site and off-site for optimum preservation. If you ever need another copy of your film (for up to 4 years), let us know and we can get you a complete copy. It’s that simple :)

Heirloom Collection Packaging – This wooden presentation piece, engraved with your name and date is the perfect way to showcase and share your wedding film in your home. It’s the perfect conversation starter and the ideal way to show off your wedding film, when it’s not on your TV.

Soft Cover Photo Book – A Something New Media exclusive. Our video cameras capture such high quality and high definition images, we can print them in photo books. Start a conversation with family and friends about your day with this narrative photo book that tells your wedding film story. A minimum of 50 pages of wedding joy!
